Analysis of second photo shoot
Evidence of second photo shoot:
Before and after photoshop:
Here I have changed the canvas size so that the picture has a better quality and fits the page more suitabily. I then selected the image and changed the background by adjusting the brightness then the hue and saturation levels which makes the model look more sharp and stand out.

Tools used when photo shopping:
First I selected the image with the arrow and then click on the image I wanted to edit. I then selected adjustments under image I then used hue/ saturation. I used this tool to adjust the saturation of the image by moving the scale from one colour to the other which made the picture brighter and darker. Although, this made the model sharper and stand out more I found that it revealed more of the shadows which is not easy to edit out.
This print screen shows me selecting the image and using the tools under adjustment. I mainly used these tools to make the image sharper and the model more precise. I was able to do this by changing the brightness and contrast along with the colour balance. With the colour balance and I could change the effect of the image from a white colour to sepia or black and white making it look more professional. This tool is also useful to make the colours of the model’s outfit stand out contrasted with the model herself.
Things to improve with this front cover:
Firstly, the quality of the image needs to be improved by extending the canvas size so that the original image is not stretched. I will change this when place the original image into photo shoot I will make the width 30 and the length 44. Then, I will need to edit the photo more in photo shoot by adjusting the brightness levels to make the model look sharper. Although, this makes the shadows to evident so when I do another photo shoot I will either use a different back drop or make sure she is not standing to close to the wall. Next, the text have to be placed more neatly as they are not in perfect alignment. So, I will be extra careful to use rulers and guidelines so that the text is more organised.
